Where is Camp Held?

Camp is typically held at the Cafeteria or in our advisor’s classroom (C-205). The current Camp will be held in the Cafeteria. *See Map*

Where do I drop off my kids?

Drop off is held infront of Hilo High’s Cafeteria. *See map*

When is it?


Monday Dec. 23rd – 27th
Morning Session is 8:00 am – 12:00 am

How do I turn in the registration form and payment?

Please mail the form and payment to the club or drop it off on the first day of Camp. Any payment not received by the start of the second day of Camp will result in termination.

What are acceptable forms of payment?
Cash, personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks are all acceptable. Please make checks payable to: Hilo High School with the subject/note as “Winter Camp Eureka”.

Who can sign up?
Any child 7-14 years old (exceptions offered on a case to case basis).

How much will it cost?
Tuition is $150 per student for each session they attend.

What does my child need to bring to camp?
Students do not need to bring anything to camp. Snacks will be provided, but they are free to bring their own food. However, breakfast or lunch will not be provided.
